I became interested in Real Estate at the age of 21, that is also when I acquired my first piece of Real Estate.
Over a period of time due to my hard work I became known as a hustler, a hard worker, and people knew I didn’t mind getting my hands dirty. I learned to rehab and flip buildings and I had a crew of workers which I managed during my rehab projects. By the age of 35 I had acquired over 20 buildings, I was successful, I was blessed. I knew I was not average because I had something special, people would call me to give me their buildings that they no longer wanted. Ask and you shall receive, I asked a lady for a very large building in 2013 and in 2015 her and her Mother signed the building over to me, free of cost, God is good.
