What I Know About Foreclosure

In 2011 I made the hardest decision ever and that was to file for bankruptcy, with 45 credit cards and over 8k a month in bills as a single female I was able to handle that for 6 years before I decided to file. I felt like I was a failure, but being a business woman I made a business decision and it just made sense. I filed for bankruptcy, and decided to include my home and my commercial building which housed my Beauty Salon, and Network Marketing Business. It was a business decision.

I know what it's like to Go Through the Process

After going through the process of bankruptcy was when I found myself at a point in my life that was unfamiliar to me. I was in foreclosure court and I did what I knew to do, I began to fight. I was fighting the banks and MERS, I was fighting their Attorneys and I realized I had power. I began to study and I learned that there is so much hidden fraud that occurs during the mortgage and foreclosure process. I know Im not suppose to say this, and its not to offend anyone but it is the truth, GOD began to put people in my path to aid and assist me in my fight and I am forever grateful. I have one real partner that specializes in lawsuits and 2 others that are very well versed in law that also assist me.

While fighting this foreclosure since 2012, I found so many different fraudulent things that the Attorneys, Banks, and Mortgage Companies DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW and were attempting with me so I filed a $2,000,000.00 lawsuit against them in Federal Court. Not really knowing who I could trust as an Attorney, I learned how to read case law, file my own Motions, Notice of Motions, Certificates of Service and Court Orders. I learned the process of service and where to look when I’m looking up specific case law, and how to read, write, and understand Illinois Compiled Statutes. I went to court and presented my arguments against the Attorneys. I even hired my own court reporters, to make sure the truth was preserved. It was really funny one day I filed a Motion and when we went in front of the Judge the Attorney said to the Judge,” Just give her what she want because I just don’t want to have to come back to court with her again”. I said to myself “that’s too bad, because I have a motion to file before I leave out of here today, so you will be back”.

As I went to court I saw how the Mortgage companies were stealing people’s homes and people wouldn’t even come to court to put up a fight, I felt bad for them, I wanted to be able to help so I decided to create this website so I could be of aid and assistance to those looking for a way to fight Foreclosure, or a way to earn some additional income through Network Marketing.
